WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS (DSP) OPENINGS

To excel in the role of a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Pathlight, you'll need a few key skills and qualifications. While no previous experience is necessary as paid training will be provided, we are looking for individuals who are at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record are essential for this position, as you'll be assisting with transportation for our individuals. Additionally, having an acceptable Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) is required as we aim to maintain a safe and supportive environment for all.
